Carne con Chile
Mouth watering Flavor!
Amazing flavor when you can’t eat at La Laguna’s.
Ingredients:
7oz top sirloin - Cut up into strips
3 large tomatoes roasted
3 jalapeños roasted
3 Galic cloves
Salt
A piece of raw onion
Directions:
Stir fry top sirloin with salt till well done
Blend tomatoes, jalapeños, garlic, water 30z, salt and onion.
Then add to steak boil for 4 minutes then turn heat down and simmer for 10 minutes low heat, add water if sauce is to thick .
Serve as shown with rice, beans and tortillas.
